Experience: On Web Application Firewalls (WAFs) is Must
Four years information security or related work experience
Expertise in performing network, system, and application vulnerability
assessments
Hands-on experience in implementing and using vulnerability scanners and
web application firewall
Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CSE, CEH, GIAC, SANS, GCIH, RHCSS, CISA,
CISM
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics
1. Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Strong technical, analytical skills
4. Ability to work independently and within a team environment
5. Broad base of knowledge across the technology spectrum: networking
protocols, security scanning products, security audit tools, operating
systems, and databases
6. Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Unix environments
7. Hands-on experience with network, system, and application vulnerability
assessment and penetration testing.
