This role will work with the ITS Management leadership to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the IT and other departments seeking to use ServiceNow. Familiar with Fuji release and request functionality/workflow Expereince working with Business Service and Application startucture to route tickets Configuration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows to support; Incident, Problem and Change Management Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service Famililar with Asset Management (ITAM) best practices Uses scripting tools and Service Now functionality to create script to automate rote tasks being done in Service! Now Develops integrations/interfaces with other existing tools, e.g monitoring tools Gathers specifications from the IT department and delivers a product/release that meets the needs presented. In Create requirements definitions and technical specifications documentation.
