Business Analyst with Facilities Management Software Boston, Massachusetts 7 Month+ Contract State Government Client Pay Rate: $50/hr No H1B *MUST HAVE FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE (IBM TRIRIGA PREFERRED)* The ideal candidate should have experience Tririga/MAXIMO. *Position Summary: * The Sr. Business Analyst (SBA) will play a lead role in the documentation of requirements and business process flows as part of our client's IT software implementation. Working under the IT Operations Manager, they will initially help develop the approach and documentation standards to be utilized for the project. The SBA is responsible for managing the solution requirements. This includes working with the business experts to facilitate, gather, document and track project requirements and scope. The SBA works at the highest level of most phases of information systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future environment. Duties include: develop technical standards and policies to meet the needs of the customers; ensure systems analysis procedures and practices are identified and implemented; provide leadership in the development of business requirements in support of the strategic plan; promote the utilization of technical services to resolve business problems; help manage customer expectations; and will provide oversight for several junior business analysts. This position requires someone who can understand both the big picture and detailed requirements and act as the go to person for requirement explanation, questions and issue resolution.
