Job Description
Exp in Pega as Business Analyst
Experience in Business Analysis, Requirement gathering,
Experience doing above for Pega projects, Experience with DCO sessions
Training/Certification on Pega CBA preferable
Knowledge/Experience in one or more other BPM products.
Willing to join quickly (2 to 4 weeks ideal)
Role to be performed
Drive DCO sessions, Document use-cases, atomic use cases, capture in Pega
ECM (either independently or with support of Pega technical Architect)
Work with Technical Architect and ensure Application Profile document, and
atomic use cases are fit for purpose for offshore team to start buid
activities; All functional and non-functional inputs required to be
captured in Pega ECM a for build.
Manage user expectations, scope; ensure alignment to business objectives,
optimal use of Pega ECM for BPM benefits.
Coordinate with offshore BAs and ensure alignment and effective transition
of knowledge/requirements
LSA on Pega PRPC V 6.x or 7.x
Overall 10+ years of experience,
Pega live project Experience. (Please list projects).
One end-to-end Pega project with 6.x and higher achieved.
Hands on experience in Design using PRPC and any frameworks.
Formulate best practices and design guide lines for the team.
Well versed with Integrations using PRPC and has designed the integration
components.
Knowledge on Web Services Architecture (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSD, etc..), MQ
series
Well versed in the Smart BPM and Agile methodologies
Should be able to perform design and code reviews and suggest best
practices to the team
Should have experience in Performance tuning of applications
Resolves complex design and construction problems to meet specified
objectives.
Ensures that developed systems meet performance considerations outlined in
High Level Design.
Prepares High Level Designs and collate non-functional requirements
Provides estimates of time and resources required for delivering Projects
and related artifacts applying agreed processes
Provides Technical inputs (dependencies, sequencing, risks etc) to assist
the Project Manager with sizing and planning small to medium projects
Guide the team and mentor them as required.
Good knowledge of estimation techniques
Banking Domain knowledge desirable
