Skills: * 5+ years' experience in administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Active Directory 2008/2012 R2 in a large-scale multi-site environment * 2+ years' experience in the Architecture and Design of Microsoft Active Directory 2003/2008 R2 * Excellent working knowledge of Group Policy concepts and principles * Expert knowledge (5+ Years) of DNS, its concepts and principles. * Understanding of Meta-Directories * Expert understanding of SMTP, MAPI and POP3 protocols * Excellent documentation skills using MS Word and Visio * Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008/2012 R2 * Experience with server hardware configuration, RAID sets. * Available to work diverse hours and be on call * Excellent documentation skills * Proficient scripting skills with PowerShell and VBScript * Experience with Active Directory user and computer migration * Experience with Quest and /or Dell AD migration manager tools * Experience with MS Azure and/or O365 * 2+ years' experience with MS SharePoint technologies Level 3 administration & troubleshooting skills on MS Exchange 2010 or above version & Microsoft Lync. * MS Exchange upgrade and migration experience. * Troubleshooting and Tuning of Microsoft SCOM.
