Required : 2 Dayforce implementations as a Project Manager
J*ob Description:*
*Project manager to support contracts to clients MUST have been through
Dayforce Implementation 1-2 times at minimum.*
*25% travel to client sites, otherwise remote.*
*Specifically responsible for the following:*
*• Schedule an onsite kickoff meeting with key Client executive project
sponsors to validate mission critical elements for the project and
solution, understand roles and responsibilities, prepare for the
implementation of the Services to which this SOW relates, and to begin
establishing project governance*
*• Develop with Client a project plan (resources, timelines) and establish
project governance*
*• Provide daily / weekly monitoring of progress against agreed upon plan*
*• Provide Client with guidance to reach decisions that will impact the
outcome of the Implementation*
*• Translate key Implementation terminology into client specific actions
and advised on best practices*
*• Ensure Client resources are prepared and scenarios are readied for
testing the Software*
*• Participate in development and update of project plan and associated
logs*
*• Manage Client project team and third party resources and deliverables*
*• Provide input to project status reports and participate in meetings*
*• Act as a central point of contact for all day-to-day activities from all
locations and/or business areas*
*• Facilitate sign-off of key project documents and deliverables*
*• Facilitate communication between Client and third party groups and
stakeholders*
*• Plan and manage rollout strategy and logistics*
*• Assist with the development and execution of an organizational readiness
plan*
*• Manage the development of a test strategy, test cases and test case
execution*
*Requirements:*
