*Job Discription* :
PRIMARY PURPOSE
• Installation, Support, Configuration and patching upgrade
knowledge for *RSA* Product
• Working experience with *RSA 6.x* and *7.x* releases
• Technical knowledge of different components in RSA
• Experience in *triaging* and issue mitigation of RSA
• Experience in working with RSA support team
• Working knowledge of Unix
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Good Communication and articulation skills
• Experience of integrating 2-3 sites based on common
*authentication* module
• Ability to learn / understand and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to manage the relationship between various teams and
maintain vendor relations
• Troubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an
effective manner
• Effective Communications skills and Time Management Skills
Minimum Qualifications/Must Have:
• 3-4 years of Experience working on a any authentication
product
• 3-5 Years experience in leading a diverse team of technical
resources in the achievement of Corporate, Departmental, and individual
goals on a consistent basis.
• Hands-on experience on *Jboss* server
