*client- Wolters Kluwer* *Position – Lead *C#/.NET developer*(must have lead experience with Agile)* *Location – Dallas, TX* *Duration – 11+ months* *Client – Large Professional Services Firm * *must have lead development experience with C#/.NET and must have strong Agile experience* Drive the appropriate use & implementation of technology to deliver high quality solutions that delight our customers. •Play an important role as a technical leader defining the framework, technology, processes / best practices and culture for two new world-class Agile teams co-located into Agile Neighborhoods. •Thrive in this entrepreneurial environment that comes with the financial backing of a large, well-established corporation. • Lead an Agile team of .Net developers, UX/UI developers, database developers, QA engineers / analysts, and business analysts to drive the development of our business critical (24/7/365) Axcess modular cloud-based auditing application. •Guide the design, build and delivery of maintainable and highly scalable multi-tier SaaS applications with web-based, plugin-based, and mobile-based clients on the Microsoft technology stack (VS 201x /.NET 4.5 / C# / SQL Server). Work in Agile teams following Agile + SAFe methodologies to deliver high quality products on time with performance and localization requirements in mind. •Design, build, test and deliver high quality, complex frameworks and systems and diagnose and resolve complex issues. •Design and deliver multi-tier SaaS products with web-based, plugin-based, mobile-based clients on the Microsoft technology stack (C# / .NET /SQL Server). •Design and build robust SOAP and REST-based Web Services with versioning. •Generate innovative approaches and solutions to complex issues. Develop proof of concepts for these technologies. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development. • 8+ years of programming experience with Web, Windows .NET framework and C#, and at least 3 years as a senior software development engineer and/or technical lead with similar roles / responsibilities. • 5+ years’ experience WPF applications, MVC, C#, .Net, Web API, JSON, REST, and SQL Server. • 3+ years’ experience developing customer facing applications. • Proficient in object-oriented design and development using software development best practices. • Experience with Microsoft SQL database design, T-SQL and stored procedure programming. • Experience implementing quality up-front initiatives such as TDD, CI, and automated unit test frameworks. • Successful track record delivering high quality products on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile and Safe methodologies. • Able to coordinate technical standards within a development team. • Ability to strongly influence peers and technical staff within the team. • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Multi-tiered application environment with SQL, WCF, Web services, HTML5, XML development. • Deep design, development and delivery experience with multi-tier SaaS products with web-based, plugin-based, mobile-based clients on the Microsoft C# /.NET /SQL Server technology stack (ASP.Net, WPF, HTML5, REST, WCF, etc.). • Experience building hosted applications in a large multi-data center environment. • Expert at designing, coding, and implementing with 24/7 stability, performance, scalability, localization requirements in mind. • Commercial external customer-facing software development experience to be considered.
