They are trying to get into the conversation with the business at the same time the BA's are so they are on the front end of things instead of the back. • Trying to make sure everyone is communicating in the same fashion across the lifecycle. They are trying to answer "are the requirements really testable?" • Oracle billing stack and it has its own look and feel. • T3 orders go into Siebel then to OSM and then to BRM (Oracle's billing and revenue management). • 2 years of solid BRM and HP ALM is a must. *The responsibilities: * •Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status •Produces executive level reports for projects and department specific metrics •Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the business needs •Documents all problems and assists in their resolution •Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an internal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners •Performs quality audits across the various IT functions to ensure quality standards, procedures and methodologies are being followed. •Gathers, refines and validates complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues to translate them into test artifacts, including detailed test cases •Designs InfoPath forms in SharePoint •Administers the team SharePoint site •Perform traceability of requirements to test cases •Track, monitor, and approve code releases into test environments •Assists in the business process design or redesign and documentation as needed *The qualifications: * •5+ years Software QA Testing experience •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience •Experience with Order entry (CRM), Order Management (OSM) and Billing Applications (BRM) •Knowledge and experience in understanding, documenting, and training on SDLC and the Test Life Cycle processes •Experience working with external teams to mentor them and coach them in QA and Test best practices •Project coordination/Project management experience Experience working with ALM *The Preferred: * •Testing, Quality Assurance, Project Management and/or BA certification is a preferred •Experience working with HP Test Tools Suite is preferred *Thanks & Regards,* *Adam Brad* ERP/EAI SERVICES |Consulting – Development – Staffing Tel Direct: 919-386-2044 | Fax 347-296-3797 Email: *[email protected]* <[email protected]> | *www.clearthoughtsolutions.com* <http://www.clearthoughtsolutions.com/> IM: [email protected] <[email protected]> *Partners in your Thought…* *Gateway to Succes* We respect your Online Privacy.
