*Rate: $55/hr on Corp to Corp.*
*Description:*
- Should have HP Loadrunner experience.
- Framework and ensures the project follows the guidelines
- Ensure the performance test requirements are captured on time with
respect to project Goals.
- Coordinate with offshore team for all the planned deliverables.
- Understand risk, issue and change management plan of customer and
ensure that the offshore team adheres to these guidelines.
- Should be able to troubleshoot any performance bottlenecks, technical
problems and provide solutions and suggestions to customers.
- Should be able to demonstrate the skills in running the complex
performance test projects independently.
- Quick learner in adopting new technologies and tools and methods.
- Ensure that project issues/risks are documented, Escalated and
prioritized as encountered, and that appropriate processes are in place for
the Monitoring of issues/risks resolution.
- Responsible for the monitoring and reporting on project
schedule/budget
