Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Strong software engineer for both dev & test needs
ABAP skillset with HR knowledge & experience
Minimum of 5-8 years of ABAP development & HCM testing experience required
Experience leading a dev & test team, with hands-on experience in creating
master test plan, generating test cases, executing the cases, planning the
test cycle, coordinating with geographically diverse team, attending triage
meetings, reporting out status
Experience working in large implementation with multiple dependencies, both
internal & external interfaces
Data/design analysis and problem solving skills
Excellent collaboration and verbal/written communication skills, Since this
role will need customer facing work and client management skills.
Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or
client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design,
implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and
maintenance of the software product or system.
