System Administrator who has implemented PeopleSoft HRSM 9.2 several times
preferably.
They are looking for someone who has the expertise who can help guide and
mentor through the process.

Several Implementations of PeopleSoft 9.2
Extensive PeopleSoft Update Manager Knowledge
Strong Communications Skills/Mentoring Personality
Good Understanding of Load Balancers
General Technical Skills:
Upgrading PeopleSoft HRMS Payroll from 9.1. to 9.2.
HRMS payroll 9.2 upgrade experience
Experience using PUM, PeopleSoft Update Manager
Proficient with new 9.2 technologies
Advanced mentoring and communication skills
Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker
Working knowledge of relational database systems, Oracle preferred
LDAP integration
PeopleSoft System Administration
PeopleSoft security (metadata)
Firewall experience
Load balancer experience
Involved with extranet, internet, and intranet activities with PeopleSoft
(i.e. eRecruit)
SMTP, SFTP support when needed.
Proficient with Linux operating system
Familiar with micro focus Cobol within a PeopleSoft environment
Providing technical support and expertise to Application team
Provide customer consultation as needed
Assist with disaster recovery
Management Tools, Server Administration, Application Engine, PeopleSoft
Security, and Process Scheduler Admin & Report Distribution, as well as
strong familiarity with PeopleTools 8.5x Internet Architecture (PIA) in a
senior level position.
