Long-termJob Description:-*IBM provides advanced proprietary technical
support to install, upgrade, and maintain IBM Tivoli Monitoring Suite. SSA
needs to continue to configure the entire Tivoli Monitoring Suite to reduce
over-all effort needed for software maintenance, reduce resource
utilization (such as Millions of Instructions per Second (MIPS) consumption
on the mainframe, and continue to improve redundancy for high availability
purposes.
Task Description:
The ITM SME will provide advanced proprietary technical support to install,
upgrade, and maintain the IBM Tivoli Monitoring (ITM) Suite, in support of
SSA’s ongoing effort to configure the entire Tivoli Monitoring Suite.
