Experience working with cross functional teams such as development, production, product design, support etc. Strong experience with performance tuning of high availability infrastructures and databases. Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop or others. Strong hands on Oracle skills both in Development and DBA roles. Ability to own a project/process including team management, mentoring and individual contribution. Experience working with cloud deployments and/or Big Data solution design and implementation.
