   - Excellent Business analytical skills

   - Strong stakeholder management skills
   - Project Management
   - At least 5-7 years of strong technical code development experience
   (Strongly required)
   - Graphic Design Experience to convert the requirements in details
   - Usability / User Experience Skillsets
   - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related
   field.
   -  ASP.NET 2.0 and higher
   -  SQL
   -  HTML/Webservices
   -  CSS
   -  JavaScript
   -  C#/VB.NET

 Experience with WinForm and Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus, but not
required



*Roles & Responsibilities*

   - Utilize established development tools, guidelines and conventions
   including but not limited to Visual Studio, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML,
   CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
   - Create and deliver data-driven reports
   - Design, code and test new Windows and web software applications
   - Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing
   an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement
   - Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting
   software defects
   - Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
   - Create technical specifications and test plans
   - Create new and extend existing operational documentation
   - Consult closely with management and occasionally agency staff related
   to projects and tasks
   - Consult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software
   systems
   - Implement new software
   - Understand and Analyze existing process documentation, SOPs, job aids,
   work instructions to understand the current state of processes and
   associated systems.
   - Identifying key business stakeholders
   - Planning, organizing requirements elicitation, documentation and
   playback to business stakeholders.
   - Elicit and document Business Requirements and associated business
   rules, user requirements, functional requirements and non-functional
   requirements.
   - Set up requirements walk through and clarification sessions with
   multiple stakeholders
   - Create application solution mockups in MS PowerPoint to playback to
   the business stakeholders
   - Participate in business and technical discussions with interfacing
   systems
   - Provide status updates to customer stakeholders in necessary
   governance calls and also update status

Ensure that compliance steps are met based on customer SDLC
