*• Solid understanding of ServiceNow system infrastructure and ability to
integrate proposed changes to the current infrastructure*
*• Proficiency with ServiceNow Platform*
*• Strength utilizing Microsoft Office tools including Visio*
*• Excellence at writing and comprehending technical documentation and
business documentation*
*• Proficient developing with JavaScript*
*• Proven ability to gather requirements and deliver output on those
requirements*
*• Excellent communication skills in technical and non-technical vernacular*
*• Excellent technical writing abilities and documenting*
*• Experience participating on project teams, preferably from initiation
through successful implementation and acceptance of application changes*
*• Understanding of System Development Methodology*
*• Excellent problem solving skills and analytical capability*
*• Able to be on-call 24X7 in areas of expertise*
*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: *
*• 3 years of Information Technology experience*
*• BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other related
field; OR 2 years computer programming experience*
*• Experience within two or more technology platforms*
