If you could be interested or have any resource please reply with current updated resume. *Data Center Engineer * *Chicago, IL* *Phone Interview* *Pay $45/hr* - Excellent skills on Design, Layout of Data Center - Providing solution for Inventorying of equipment - Operating in accordance with relevant Payment Card Industry (PCI), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Sarbanes Oxley, Medicare, and federal and specific state regulations - Providing development and support of Data center platform methods and tools and training for other support personnel as required - Identify and define opportunities to reduce Equipment and Software costs and/or improve system performance, improve stability and meet Business Unit objectives and remain active and current in the knowledge and use of Data Center technology, virtualization and management products and advise emerging and changing technologies - Coordinate with Operation Engineers and 3rd Parties like IBM, HP, EMC, Cisco etc. - Providing project management to oversee the implementation and integration of Data Center related products and test to verify the configuration is operational and able to deliver the selected services - Providing training for other support personnel as new technologies are implemented - Review and evaluate new standards, tools and technologies related to the Services and execute Proof of Concept (POC) activities and conduct product evaluations and test compatibility and integration with the existing Infrastructure - Monitor, verify and make appropriate adjustments to the design and Architecture of the Data Center Environment to support proper execution of business applications - Provide and ensure connectivity methodology for multiple Server platforms (e.g. MS Windows, Linux, UNIX, z/OS, etc.) to the Storage and SAN Infrastructure Environments - Experience in structured cabling - Coordinating with Electricians, HVAC, Generator and Building contractors - Participate in planning and status meetings for new installations / projects or any required meetings. - Respond to requests for major emergencies - Experience with one or more of the following operating systems.
