*Job Description: *
- Provide planning, and design leadership for all network projects and
initiatives
- Provide technical documentation on network architecture, standards,
configurations, and principles
- Design and management implementation of global network solutions based
on engineering best practices and technologies and Involving Innovative
network Technology Solutions
- Research new technologies and methodologies to ensure that new
solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure
- Create proposals and business cases for potential new solutions
- Work with engineers, architects, and 3rd party vendors and consultants
in the development and implementation of IT solutions
- Act as a resource for IT projects
- Work autonomously to implement improvements to existing systems
- Act as an escalation point for Helpdesk, Applications, Operations, and
Engineering teams.

*Required Skills:*
- Extensive experience with TCP/IP fundamentals, protocols and services,
OSI model, and IEEE standards and services
- Extensive experience with WAN and Internet protocols and services
(BGP, EIGRP, MPLS, QoS)
- Extensive experience in LAN protocols and services with an
understanding of IP convergence technologies and telecommunication
principles (VoIP and SIP)
- Experience with WAN acceleration and content delivery services
- Extensive experience with Cisco routers, switching products
- Extensive experience with Cisco based firewalls, remote access
solutions, and network security (SSL & IPSec VPN)
- Experience with F5 load balancers and layer 4-7 protocols and services
- Experience in wireless technologies and services with emphasis on
Aruba products and services
- Fluency with network troubleshooting tools and services (Wireshark,
Solarwinds)
- Working knowledge of the ITIL framework and Incident Management best
practices
- Working knowledge of SDLC processes and project management best
practices
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, InfoBlox, and Brocade switches

Communications Manager and Cisco TelePresence infrastructure components
including TelePresence server, TMS, VCS control, VCS expressway and

Knowledge managing Cisco TelePresence endpoints (CTS, IX, MX,EX, SX, DX)
*4) Title: Network Engineer *

*Skill sets: *
Assists in the development and maintenance of all Enterprise network
systems. Uses knowledge of LAN/WAN and Wireless (Wi-Fi) systems to help
design and install internal and external networks. Tests and evaluates
network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. Familiar with
a variety of network infrastructure concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a
variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of
creativity and latitude is expected. Create and maintain documentation as
it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and
service records. Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures, and
associated training plans for network administration, usage, and disaster
recovery.
*Experience needed with below technologies for this job:*
Routing protocols EIGRP, BGP, OSPF.
VPN (Anyconnect, IPSEC and EZVPN) and NAC configurations.
Nexus 7K's and 5K's with VPC and OTV configurations.
Configuring Wireless controllers with 802.1 xs.
Configuring 6500 and 4500 switches with VTP and spanning tree.
*5) Title: Systems Administrator *
*Location: Northwood, OH*
*Start Date: Immediately *
*Duration 3+ Months *
*Job Description:*
- Windows Server, Active Directory (AD), VMWare, hardware components and
internals as well as server build and configuration.
- Primary administrator and Level 2 approver for all infrastructure
change management functions including performance tuning, operating systems
enhancements, virtual and fiber switch support, LUN management, and
configuration testing.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using independent
judgment while communicating effectively with internal and external
customers.
- Position requires the ability to provide on-call support twenty-four
hours a day, seven days a week. Occasional travel may be required to some
enterprise sites.
- Position requires a bachelor's degree with relevant coursework in
computer science or information systems and three years related work
experience in server, virtual systems, or storage administration with a
server or virtual system certification. Will accept any suitable
combination of education, training, or experience.

- Transfer configuration from Nortel 5520 to Cisco equipment listed above
- Configure Nortel 5520 switches
- Provide weekly status report of site readiness
- Trouble shoot network issues at remote locations
