*Responsibilities *
Develop long term roadmaps which describe delivering large scale solutions
via a series of projects.

Identify, foster, and incorporate Project Management industry best
practices.
Apply business and functional knowledge and expertise, working in
collaboration with technical consulting staff on Baker Tilly engagement
teams, in the implementation of business-aligned/driven
salesforce.com-based solutions.
A focus on business solution alignment, from requirements definition to
functional design, to use case-based testing and training programs, to
change management (leveraged communication plans, training, etc.).
The role will be responsible to incorporate the capabilities of many Cloud
Computing vendors, chiefly salesforce.com, force.com (API, APEX & Visual
Force).
Deep involvement in configuration, enhancement and testing of software
applications to meet business process requirements.
Functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of
configuration/customization changes and maintenance of Salesforce.com-based
solutions.

*Qualifications : *

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or
related field.

Minimum of five (5) years of Salesforce.com configuration and
implementation experience, with a strong preference of hands-on experience
with one or more CRM software packages: Oracle CRM OnDemand, Oracle Siebel,
Clarify, Vantive, NetSuite, etc. Experience with Salesforce.com
configuration and custom development: Flex, APEX, Visualforce.com, Python,
or Ruby.  Previous related industry and consulting experience highly
preferred.
Prior development experience for a professional consulting or CRM company.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and
methodologies.
Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project
management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite
skills (Word, Excel) required.
Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level, provide
exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning
in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the "big
picture" as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and
commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and
the timely completion of projects.

Strong preferences for candidates who are PMP certified or possess
Salesforce.com certifications.

*Location: McLean, VA*

*Responsibilities :*

The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for the full application
architecture and development lifecycle process that translates business
requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions.
This role will require a strong knowledge of Salesforce application
development, database design and systems implementation as this role is an
"architect" crafting technical solutions to complex business needs.
Drive platform roadmap and adoption of product releases by engaging with
business and IT leaders within in the organization and with Salesforce and
vendor product teams
Provide consultative support, define technical solutions and evangelize
functional and technical capabilities of the platform. Identify potential
risks and impact on operations associated with new solutions
Facilitate and review the definition and implementation of standards,
methodologies, and best practices that guide the design of technology
solutions.
Develop and maintain best practices and standards supporting the platform
and drive adoption.
Facilitate and Develop Innovative POCs/POTs (proof of concept/proof of
technology) exercises to demonstrate feasibility in order to refine and
also showcase new capabilities of the platform.
Act as expert point of escalation for issues related to the platform

*Qualification : *
10+ years of experience in IT architecture
10+ years of experience in increasing levels of responsibility developing
solutions & applications with at least 5+ years on Force.com
5+ years of implementation experience, including development, across the
full software development lifecycle
3+ years of experience in an Architect Role
Experience with sales cloud, service cloud, chatter, communities etc.
Possess detailed knowledge and awareness of emerging trends and
technologies within the Force.com Platform

Outstanding leadership and motivational skills to ensure that technology
solutions continuously meet the evolving needs of the business.
Certified on one or more of the following: Force.com - Architect,
Developer, Admin * Custom development experience in Force.com(Apex,
visualforce, data loader, Heroku, AWS), integration with other enterprise
applications and salesforce.comecosystem applications
