*Duration 6-10 Months* *Mandatory Functional Skills* • Experience of LIMS • Gather Business Requirements • As-Is process, To-be process, Business process mapping & impact assessments • Help define the business case in terms identifying the key success factors, current issues and potential solutions to measure the success of the project • Collaborate with Project Architects and development teams taking part in solutions design • Develop and maintain understanding of Business processes, systems and objectives. • To perform business analysis activities required to develop the benefits case for change or process improvement projects. • To clearly define and document business requirements, thereby providing a strong foundation from which technical specifications can be derived. • Perform analysis during design, development and implementation of change and process redesign projects, working with project managers to ensure that requirements are appropriately met. Consolidating new information for updates to Business Requirements and System Requirements. • Work with project managers and technical leads to ensure that user requirements are accurately transformed into technical specifications. • Represent the business during the development phase. Ensure that solutions concentrate on aspects of business need that are considered to be of highest priority by the business. Act as a change agent on software development projects as assigned.
