Duration :- 12 months *In person interview after phone. * • Minimum 5+ year of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 production environment • Has worked as a SharePoint Development Technical Lead on the customization of SharePoint 2010 projects in developing, customizing, and integrating enterprise-wide SharePoint solutions. • Can effectively describe SharePoint capabilities and limitations of each to a non-technical business user. • Project experience with Agile or Scrum methodology • Strong understanding, experience developing, and leading SharePoint 2010 projects towards proper taxonomy/structures, theories, principles, and best practices within technology stack • Hands on experience building advanced web applications, including developing Web Services • Hands on experience with SharePoint configuration • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of SharePoint APIs and architecture including experience with SharePoint designer and web services 2010 API • Thorough knowledge of web related technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Web Services, AJAX, and XML. Knowledge of XSLT is helpful • Experience with InfoPath and/or other SharePoint forms development and database interaction tools • Hands on experience developing and utilizing SharePoint components including, forms, templates, external lists, external content types, custom lists, BCS, service applications, web parts, master pages and content management • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server database design, and development • Full understanding of SQL Server database and normalized database design • Superior knowledge with front end web design • Provide effective communications both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels in an organization; develop procedural documentation; develop and conduct effective presentations; effectively demonstrate products and solutions • Strong programming skills in website development in a Microsoft environment • Strong understanding of web application development concepts and practices • Strong understanding of Design Patterns and Object Oriented Programming • Strong hands on experience writing Systems Engineering documentation that meet Federal Government standards and guidelines (Architecture, Requirements, Design, Testing) • Excellent leadership, communication and facilitation skills • Solid skills providing training and knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical team members Thanks & regards Moiz Khan Allied Informatics Inc. 1815 Satellite Blvd. Suite 302 Duluth, GA 30097 USA.
