*This time please focus the search in candidates with experience in
patching systems. We need somebody that actually patched systems and was
involved in creating patch strategy in Windows and Linux (Ubuntu and
Debian). *
*Requirements :*
· 5 years experience and proficiency in managing and administering
a Linux/Windows environment (at least 5 years Linux)
· Proficient in a scripting language (ie: Shell scripting, Perl,
Python, PHP). Should be able to connect database, manipulate basic
data-structures, regular expressions, basic modularity, error handling
· Ability to work independently to get the job done with little or
no assistance
· Ability to work closely with end users and understand their needs
and requirements
· Experience with Redhat, Windows 2012/2008 and Active Directory
· Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols, including
DNS, SMTP, HTTP, TFTP, SSH, IPSec, Samba, NFS, NTP, FTP, SFTP, TELNET,
KERBEROS, SNMP, and SSL
· Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while
maintaining a strong commitment to quality of work
· Ability to communicate complex technical problems concisely and
professionally to technical and non-technical audiences
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to implement and manage multiple open source software
