The Systems Analyst will follow SDLC development methodology and incorporate best practices for project management from initial concept to solution delivery *Required: * · *Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent years of experience. * · *4+ years of work experience as a Systems Analyst in software development teams. * · It is critical for this position to obtain a thorough understanding of policy, operational procedures, constraints, and perspectives of both the customer and technical team to be successful. · For this role to be successful a full understanding of the current and future technology application architecture is also required. · Good project management skills. · *Experience at documenting business rules, business process, use cases and case summaries.* · *An understanding of system development life cycle methodologies including Waterfall, SCRUM, and Agile.* · Experience in IT system and software QA test planning, system testing, testing automation systems and test execution. · A working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management in any of the following areas: Marketing, Sales Force Automation and Customer Service, Social, Contract Pricing and Quotes (CPQ). · *A working knowledge of packaged software implementation with a Salesforce.com or Siebel CRM or any SaaS based solutions.
