Position: Wireless LAN Engineer Technical Consultant Location: Kansas City, Missouri Duration:6+ Months All expenses covered. Hotel, Airfare, Per diem meals, rent a car *The resource needs to be located in Kansas City because the team wants the resource in office every Friday. They will be traveling to various client locations at about 90% travel. The contract will be 6 months, 40 hours per week and we’d like to get someone started as soon as possible* Required: - 2+ years’ experience with extensive Wireless LAN experience - CWNA, CCNA- Wireless, etc) - Wireless infrastructure design, Security, Radius, 802.11 spec - Experience with Mesh networks. - Cisco 2900-65000 series - WLAN knowledge. - *We really need a Wireless Network engineer with significant experience in Wireless LAN networks.* - Key terms for wireless: * 1. AirMagnet or Ekahau* *2. WiFi* *3. 802.11ac* Engineer will be a traveling consultant to multiple client sites. Home base is Kansas City. Setting up and troubleshooting for wireless connectivity. Configure entire line of Cisco Aironet wireless access points with IOS.
