We are looking for a senior SAP Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
Engineer for a long term project in South Florida. The client is called
Southern Wine & Spirits. They are a fortune 500 Company and the largest
distributor of alcohol in the US. This is our first requirement from the
SAP department. They have indicated they have some flexibility on the rate
for the right person so please send me candidates even if they exceed the
$65 target. This is a phone and Skype to hire.





*Sr. Enterprise Content Management Engineer *



*Summary of responsibilities       *

*This position will contribute and/or be responsible for the planning,
engineering, and administration of large scale enterprise content
management systems, the underlining infrastructure, and their integration
with other enterprise systems and applications using Microsoft
technologies. The Senior Engineer will also provide technical leadership to
the engineering team, various levels of management, vendors, operations
staff, peers, business users and application developers as needed.*



*List of responsibilities*

·         *Provide technical expertise and leadership in the planning,
engineering, design, implementation, integration and support of Enterprise
Content Management system infrastructures and technologies. This includes
the systems operational procedures and processes.*

·         *Participate in or lead the evaluation and recommendation of new
products and technologies, maintains knowledge of emerging technologies for
application to the enterprise.*

·         *Provide a leading role in the identification and resolution of
complex Enterprise Content Management system issues (Tier 3 support)
utilizing product knowledge and structured trouble-shooting tools and
techniques. *





*POSITION SUMMARY:*
The successful candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and
support of solutions for managing electronic records using an OpenText ECM
solution and related applications.  Candidates must be able to demonstrate
an ability to articulate business requirements for technical solutions,
experience supporting content management solutions (OpenText) and embrace a
collaborative approach for the implementation of solutions for managing
electronic records.  The position will have the responsibility for
supporting the OpenText software modules including LiveLink Content Server,
Archive Server, Workflow and Advanced Workflow, SAP Extended ECM, and SAP
Data Archiving



*PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:*
(All other duties as assigned)

o    Working with other application support teams, develop content
management solutions to address specific business needs

o    Responsible for root cause analysis on production issues.

o    Responsible for the implementation of solutions to resolve production
defects.

o    Provide project support within the ECM portfolio.

o    Develop diagrams and models (use case, activity diagram, business
process models, etc.) and clearly document functional requirements and
business rules to describe what the system, process, or product/service
must do in order to fulfill the business and user requirements.

o    Develop functional specifications and perform functional configuration
(setting of configuration tables and of transactional/control tables).

o    Complete application service requests, provide continual business
application support, research transactional issues, identify root causes as
well as assist with upgrade and maintenance of applications.

o    Support the development of the test strategy and test plans. Ensure
traceability of requirements back to business need as well as through to
solution and testing. Validate the solution meets the business need and
verify it conforms to specifications.



*SCOPE AND IMPACT:*
Responsible for the daily management and administration of OpenText ECM
(Enterprise Content Management) ensuring interfaces work consistently and
application performance meets requirements.
Develop and support Enterprise Content Management solutions and interfaces
between OpenText ECM and other applications especially SAP systems.



*Knowledge of:*

1.    The following SAP duties and responsibilities: test and document
business process changes to SAP; train and assist new SAP users including
creating training material and delivering one on one or classroom training;
work with Business Systems Analysts to troubleshoot and resolve problems.

2.    Computer and database applications used with information systems
management and document management programs.



3.     Knowledge of MS Sequel Server, conducting queries, change and commit
commands.

4.    Site and departmental document management systems and technologies
and related processes, equipment and quality standards.

5.    Standard office management practices and procedures.

6.    Principles and practices of sound business communication.

7.    Basic principles and practices of project management applicable to
engineering and construction projects.



*Ability to:*

1.    Organize work, set priorities and provide advice and support to meet
Engineering department information system’s needs.

2.    Analyze document management and control problems, reach sound
conclusions and recommend improved policies and procedures.


3.    Utilize and maintain electronic information management systems and
technologies to efficiently store and retrieve documents required for
departmental and project operations.

4.    Exercise sound judgment and initiative within established guidelines.

5.    Maintain information and generate reports utilizing computer
equipment.

6.    Operate a personal computer with standard business software,
including word processing, spreadsheet and database applications, and other
standard office equipment.

7.    Prepare clear, concise and accurate reports and other written
materials.

8.    Communicate effectively orally and in writing.

9.    Establish and maintain effective working relationships with
department managers, staff, vendors and others encountered in the course of
work.
