*Duration:* *6-12 months* *Mandatory Technical Skills* Solid experience with automation frameworks/tools (HP QTP/UFT, SOAP UI, Cucumber, Selenium etc.) Functional knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0 and Modules such as SD and MM Skilled with VBScript, APIs, network protocols, and GUI interfaces, XML, Web services, .Net, and SQL Experience with continuous integration and build tools (i.e. jUnit, DB Unit, Maven, Jenkens, and Jira) Demonstrated expertise with XML and related tools and technologies *Desirable Technical Skills* Develop Test automation strategy and plan, Define enterprise wise test automation frameworks catering to various technology stacks. Perform estimates, Mentors teams, Conduct trainings, and resolve technical issues. Develop and define processes, guidelines, conduct audit and compliance checks. Benchmark against industry standards. Develop best practices. Bring in innovative solutions *Mandatory Functional Skills* 10+ Years of experience in Software Engineering Development, Test Automation & Quality Assurance Should have prior experience of devising test automation strategies and set-up of automation practice at enterprise level. Should be able to propose various automation frameworks based on landscape of the organization. Prior experience of Devising Test automation strategy for Transformation Programs around SAP Landscape In-depth knowledge of a variety of testing techniques and methodologies. Strong knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices, Solid understanding QA/Test Automation Best Practices. *Desirable Functional Skills* Ability to Plan, Strategize, Estimate effort and Guide Team.Excellent Communication & Leadership skills, Ability to sail through various levels within client organization and excellent stakeholder Management.Experience of working in onsite-offshore model Ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and effectively, think outside box.
