*Position: SAP HCM Administrator*
*Location: Fort Worth, TX*
*Duration: Long term (12 months+)*
*JOB DESCRIPTION: *
The successful candidate will work in the Human Resources department and
will be responsible for maintaining the SAP org unit/position heirarchy
directly in the SAP system. Responsibilities will also include performing
an audit of the structure and correcting any deficiencies.
*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:*
· Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science,
computer engineering or related field required.
· Must have 3 to 5 years of SAP HCM experience
*RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL*
· Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor
*SKILLS*
· Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills,
attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
· Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required)
· Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and
constructive feedback (Required)
· Knowledge of computer software, such as SAP HCM; Excel, Word,
*JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
· Gather requirements from business units and maintain the SAP Org
Unit/Position hierarchy
· Participate in business meetings to discuss re-organziation
designs
· Develop metrics to record SAP system updates
· Mentor team members and impart SAP knowledge
*MUST HAVE*
· Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
· Microsoft Excel
· MS Word
