*Position: Business/Systems Analyst*
*Location: Fort Worth, TX*
*Duration: 6-12 Months (Contract-to-Hire!!!)*
*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
· The Sr. Business Analyst is a core member of the Enterprise
Applications team supporting various application platforms (SharePoint,
Archer, IBM Notes, Cherwell, ServiceNow, etc.)
*THE BUSINESS ANALYST WILL:*
· Develop a good understanding of the platform applications.
· Translate business requirements into actionable change for fast
delivery of technology
· Improve quality of deliverables & reduce development cost by
ensuring that business capabilities are clearly communicated & are
accurately reflected in the high quality EPICS & User stories
· Support the business to continually improve the business needs by
working together with Product owner & development teams
· Work with multiple product owners to write & develop clear,
non-implementation epics, user stories & acceptance criteria
· Support & contribute to the metrics driven culture with focus on
hard data
*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:*
· Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science,
computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related
advanced degree preferred.
· 5-7 years experience required
*RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:*
· Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor
