· IBM Websphere Commerce Development (V7)
· Management Center experience a plus for customizations
· Customer Segmentation/Promotions experience also a plus
· 75% of time to be spent on Developing Restfull Services
· 25% of time in maintaining and managing existing Objects or
Services
*Job Description:*
· Coding, testing and analyzing application software
· Improve existing code to ensure optimal functionality of web
applications.
· Maintain existing programs and applications
· Evaluate and increase application software effectiveness
· Technology competencies could include: Java, HTML, CSS, ASP,
.NET, and Tibco.
· Collaborate and work closely with business analysts and team
members to provide IT and business-specific knowledge and expertise, and
create solutions that are aligned with business directives.
· Work closely with testers to spot bugs in programming code and
fix any resulting issues.
· Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
*Requirements:*
· 5+ Years IBM Websphere Commerce Experience
· 8+ years of Java Development Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, CIS, or related field.
· Master’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field
preferred.
· 8-10 years of experience in enterprise projects within the
architectural domain.
· Experience in business process re-engineering or process
improvement involving broad-based information systems, utilizing tools and
techniques to effect business change; business systems analysis experience.
· Significant experience, in architectural management of multiple
core component areas, migration planning, and project management of
infrastructure projects.
· Demonstrated experience in translating business strategies,
across several business units, into effective solutions
