I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation. *ROLE*- Java Programmer *Location*- PA *Interview*- Skype then F2F *Visa-NO H1B* *Qualifications:* - Four year academic degree includes courses in computer programming, systems analysis, system development, or systems engineering OR has acquired Core IT skills and knowledge via practical experience. - Proficiently applies IT methods, professional knowledge, and standards and practices. - Intuitively grasps familiar, stable system performance situations. - Respond to unfamiliar, undefined, unexpected, or unstable situations with the professionally prescribed standard response. - Recognize subtle problems with system design or performance and acts appropriately to improve the condition, seeking validation of actions in advance as appropriate. - Effective in relationships with business partners, professional peers, and other team members. - Coach less experienced IT professionals. - Meet IT Career Level Criteria for Individual/Team Contributors outlined in the Universal Criteria Leveling Guide. *Preferred Qualifications:* - Five plus years of experience with Java, JavaScript. - Three plus years of HL7 software interface design and development preferred - Three plus years direct experience in enterprise-level application integration. - Three plus years of experience actively and personally working with an interface team to discover interface requirements and documenting interface design. - Three plus years of experience with Data modeling and SQL programming. - Three plus years of experience with interfaces for the following: ADT, Order Entry, Lab/Rad/Pharm Order Entry, Order Results. - Three plus years of experience interfacing with ADT systems such as Epic, Siemens Invision, - Intergy and interface/integration engines such as Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf and Epic Bridges. - Experience with Integration Engines like Mirth Connect - Experience with EDI X12 transaction set like 270/271, 278, 837/835 etc. - Experience with XML and XSD. - Ability to work both independently and as a member of the integration team. - Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities, all with fluctuating deadlines, by working with other departments, both internal and external. - Must be able to adapt to a high-pressure environment and adapt to a rapidly changing environment. - Must be able to quickly identify and resolve issues.
