Duration: 6+ Month
Primary skills: Rational/Visio/UML, Doors, MISMO, SOA
System Analyst
• Minimum 7 or more years’ experience in Systems
Analysis/Requirements Development and Software Requirement Specification
writing
• Experience with data analysis/mining using SQL
• Experience in using Requirements Modeling tools like
Rational/Visio/UML and Requirements repository like Doors
• Experience in creating Data Flow Diagrams, Activity flow
diagrams, Business Models and Data Models
• Ability to multitask in tight timeframes with strong time
management skills
• Interface with users to determine and document business and
system requirements
• Ability to lead and facilitate business stakeholder interviews
• Strong analytical/critical thinking skills with attention to
detail and result oriented
• Experience in service based analysis and data analysis projects
• Self-motivated, independent, and works with minimal of direction.
• Experience with software lifecycle processes in a highly
regulated environment
• Excellent analytical, comprehension, communication, writing, and
interpersonal skills
• Experience with write detailed software requirements
specifications that describe functional, operational, technical and
transitional requirements
• Experience in writing Systems Requirements for workflow systems
• Experience in MISMO, SOA requirements and Mortgage Industry a plus
