This resource would be leveraged to hit the ground running in supporting
our HCM Payroll baseline environment, in addition to providing project
support – In particular – MYHRSP and YE HRSP.
Strong HCM Functional skills in the areas of Payroll, Time Management,
OM/PA, Benefits, and Taxes. Especially payroll.
In depth knowledge of Schemas and rules and can write complex time/payroll
rules for US and Canada.
At least 5 years of experience.
Experience in functional design and configuration.
ABAP programming experience.
Preferably someone familiar with PepsiCo’s environment, processes, and
procedures, as we have very limited time to ramp up.
