I have following requirement, please reply me back with profile along with rate expectation. *Genesys (Voice) Engineer* *Atlanta, GA* *12+ Months* *Client : Verizon* *Phone Hire* *Any Visa is OK !!* *Requirements :* • Must have detailed experience with *Genesys 8.x platform architecture* in a multi-site environment. • Must have solid experience designing *Genesys Orchestrate* call flows using Composer • Must have experience with *Linux/Unix OS system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance, and security procedures. *• Must have working knowledge of Oracle DBs, PLSQL commands, XML and SOAP • Must have basic understanding of *VoIP – SIP call troubleshooting* • Must have troubleshooting skills and ability to understand complex relationships between components of multi-tiered applications • Must have critical thinking and problem solving skills, with ability to analyze complex workflows, prioritize multiple tasks and make key decisions during platform outages • Must be able to cultivate and maintain positive relations with customers and IT staff. Fully understands how the business relates to the technical aspects of the position. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to closure • Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have outstanding customer service skills and excellent communication skills for interaction with users at all levels. Strong ability to manage multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities. Takes initiative for self-management.
