Job Duties :
1-2 years experience in US IT Recruitment.
Should be very good working with vendors in US Staffing Industry. Strong
understanding of IT skills.
Manage and execute end to end recruitment process from resourcing,
searching, screening, interviewing, target hunting, negotiating and
recruiting candidates.
Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good
communication skills and the ability to effectively work with recruiters
and all levels of management.
Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals, Internet sourcing,
Networking.
Negotiate & finalize compensation of candidates.
Liaison with the resources after their recruitment for the following:
Address Grievances, Re-deputation on Projects etc.
Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify
candidates with correct skill set.
Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status,
confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099).
Complete necessary paper-work with all parties in recruitment cycle.
Should have excellent communication skills with high energy levels and
enthusiasm.
Should be highly networked, target driven, proactive and a positive
attitude team player.
Special Skills :
Overall 1-2 Years of experience.
Good communication skill.
