*Market Rate* *Client:: State Street* *F2F interview* *No H1B’s* *This PM role is supporting the Oracle E-Business Suite R12 project in CTCSO on the Business/Finance side. This group is basically the liaisons in CTS with ADM and tests streams partnering with the business units involved.* Act as the toll gates and escalation contacts as well as doing the overall project management. This team does not do the analysis, development or testing so that will not be part of this role. This is not a software infrastructure team, this is more of the software implementation team working with the business teams. This person will work with 2 other PM's and own their own work stream and aspect of the project. The Important skills for this person to have include: - strong client services skills and proven experience - Practical knowledge around finance or IT within a finance-like applications and project experience. - Oracle would be a plus but not necessary as they can teach this and it may be harder to find. - Would like this person to come in with management level skills but not an overly tenured PM with their own set ways of doing things. - This person needs to be open minded and adaptable to the SSC ways of operating. Need to be familiar with IT Project Management, this is not requiring BA skills - this is a true PM position using all PM skills. Manager can begin interviewing right away and this person can start ASAP. Approved through EOY right now, but the plan is to continue to extend this person. Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent. Comparable professional experience in a financial services organization or with Oracle Financials (R12). Experience with project management methodologies. Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills. Experience with MS Excel, Project and PowerPoint.
