Location: Warren, NJ
Duration: 6+ Months

Job Description:
Understand requirements, create program specifications and unit test plans;
develop codes; implement testing, transition and support activities;
interface with internal team and key stakeholders; participate in knowledge
management activities to ensure high quality deliverables WITHIN the
guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.
Additional Skills:
Understand Current IVR logic and implement the same using java VXML
integrated with Avaya. Strong in Java Development and have knowledge in
Avaya Orchestration Designer. Strong in IVR development with Avaya OD Avaya
AEP with hands on experience expertise. Experience in Tech design and
documentation. Good Business Communication Skills.
