*Qualifications:*
5-10 years’ experience -
o Candidate should have knowledge of full system life cycles.
o Knowledge of quality assurance practices and tools are required.
o Automated or manual testing experience in the web and client server
environments.
o Has experience in writing test cases, test plans, structured test
methodology, use cases.
o Development experience in test scripts, execution and reporting also
required.
o Develop test plans and lead the team that implements test plans;
select test automation tools; write automation scripts and maintain test
automation tools; develop quality assurance standards; and define and track
quality assurance metrics.
o Need experience using automation tools such RobotJ or Silk.
o Must have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and
be familiar with NT, UNIX, and/or Solaris environments.
o Senior Test Analysts also need experience coding in Perl, C, C++, or
Java.
