platform for the zone containing several capabilities within SFDC, notably
service Cloud, and remedy force with a common portal as this platform will
manage all service change requests, incidents, change management, release
management and asset management
Should have experience in onsite offshore model.
Should have client management experience
Preferred Skill:
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills
Change management background
Training background
User Acceptance Testing background
ITIL understanding
SCRUM / Agile understanding
