*Location :** Houston, TX **( Need local consultant for face to face
interview )*
*Responsibilities include:*
- Involved in all aspects of the system development life cycle including
requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding in ABAP, unit testing,
implementation, and maintenance of the code.
- Create custom code and workflows for Human Resources SAP modules (HR)
- Develop design documents and technical specifications
- Automate SAP processes in ESS and MSS (new position requisition, open
position requests, custom approval needs)
- Develop and maintain interfaces for internal and external systems that
use SAP data (Kronos, Success Factors, Benefits providers)
- Provide Senior level support and mentorship to the team.
- Provide on-call support as needed
*Required Skills:*
- 5+ years of experience as ABAP/Web Dyn pro HCM Developer
- 5+ years of experience with Process and Forms and Work Flow
- 5+ years of experience with Interface Development, using ALE, BAPI's,
BADI's and RFC technology
- 2+ years of experience with Web Services preferred (developing
real-time interfaces to SAP)
- ESS/MSS experience with HR Renewal
- Project management skills
- Success Factors integration/administration a plus
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
