*Position: Project Manager*
*Location: Fort Worth, TX*
*Duration: 6-12 months+*
*Local candidates preferred!!! *
*EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: *
5–7 years of project management delivery experience.
*RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL: *
Responsible for understanding, managing and making decision based on
expected
quality, delivery, schedule, and budget expectations for the project.
*MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *
· Create project documentation such as project plans, agile
stories,
· funding reports.
· Maintain clear, up-to-date project artifacts and reporting.
· Track to the project plan to ensure the project is on budget, on
time and in scope.
· Insure both technical and non-technical stakeholders/team member
are fully engaged
· and understand what needs to be or is being done. This requires
the PM to fully
· understand the effort to be able to communicate it.
· Understand how to deliver changes in a network infrastructure
environment to know
· when something is going in the wrong direction and make
corrections.
· Develop and manage the project budget; be able to identify when
and/or if additional
· funds will be required on a running forecast, why they are
required, and create/submit
· funds requests.
· Lead and mentor project teams towards the goals.
· Set, observe, and re-evaluate project priorities frequently to
ensure the project
· will be delivered as planned.
· Have the network delivery experience and project background to
identify project
· problems, identify solutions, and set solution in place to bring
the project back
· in line with goals.
· Coordinate changes with team, affected business partners, and
vendors.
· Handle change calls to provide leadership representation, take
action if things go
· wrong, and document the change activities.
· Conduct escalations where needed to ensure the project(s)
continue to deliver.

· Project Management * and 5 Yrs.
*NICE TO HAVE*
· Agile Methodology * and 2 Yrs.
· College Degree * Yes
· Sabre Background * and 2 Yrs.
*SKILLS: *
· Self-Directed and confident.
· Good understanding of how data networks are put together and
function to move
· traffic.
· Experience in managing constraints and risk around IT
Infrastructure delivery.
· Ability to create and maintain solid project documentation.
· Ability to identify challenges, risks, and opportunities.
· Ability to handle the coordination efforts between multiple teams
and vendors.
· Should be detailed oriented with an ability to grasp and see the
big picture.
· Ability to mentor, mediate, and negotiate.
· Strong budgeting skills.
· Strong communication skills.
· Confident decision making skills.
· Problem solving skills.
· Great people skills; ability to understand when to be
compassionate and when to
· be authoritative to bring out the best in their teams.
