*• Document all changes *
*Phase II*
*• Install and configure software and SQL database on a new IVR
Reporting server*
*• Migrate the existing IVR Reporting solution to the new IVR
Reporting server*
*• Test the existing IVR Reporting solution on the new IVR
Reporting server and verify that all functions are working correctly*
*• Provide support and troubleshooting*
*• Document all changes and create a runbook*
*• Perform knowledge transfer*
