Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer(Consultant)
Location: Houston, TX
Job Details:
Must Haves – Skills: • telephone and in-person support to over 200 end
users, troubleshooting, diagnosing,End Point (Desktops, Laptop, Printers,
Mobile Devices)
resolving, and documenting hardware, software, and network related
technical issues.
• Possess the ability to build, install, configure and troubleshoot a PC
from the component level.
• Experience with PC repairs and working with vendors for hardware support.
• Escalated service questions to appropriate client representatives.
• Great communication, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Additional Skills:
Desktop support Exxon Mobile requirement Onsite US
