*• Visualize, develop, and manage cross-platform user experience. Explain
product through UI. *
*• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, prototypes, user flows and use
cases*
*• Explore new design and product concepts, validate them with users, and
rapidly iterate*
*• Solid experience with Customer experience and Interaction *
*• Create storyboards and wireframes.*
*• Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver an amazing experience to
end users*
*• Be an advocate for the consumer and evangelize UX best practices
throughout the organization*
*Ideal Candidate:*
*• Start-up experience in fast-paced agile environment desired *
*• 4+ years work experience as UI/UX designer*
*• Expert in Photoshop and/or Illustrator*
*• Prior experience designing for mobile apps (iOS & Android) *
*• Prior experience interacting with end users to understand needs and pain
points*
*• Technical skills with HTML5 and CSS3*
*• Passionate about innovation and creating truly compelling user
experiences*
*• Self-motivated problem-solver with strong sense of urgency*
