Job Description, Required Skills, Education, Experience:
*Responsibilities *
• Implement end-to-end test automation of a manual regression test suite
for web-based CRM app in a test automation framework written in Selenium
• Design and develop automated scripts in the Selenium test automation
framework for new features, fixes and enhancements
• Integrate the automation scripts into application build process in a
continuous integration environment
• Demonstrate scripts and encourage feedback from stakeholders via frequent
‘show and tell’ sessions
• Be an advocate for software quality and test automation with our business
& technology partners
• Develop test plans, testing resource requirements, and overall scheduling
of testing activity
• Execute test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software
applications
• Generate test data to support the requirements and test cases for various
test phases
• Monitor and tracks resolution of defects
• Design, monitors, and analyzes quality assurance metrics
• Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and
techniques
*Requirements*
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or related field
•
*Experience developing automated tests in functional programming languages
such as Java and Selenium • Strong SQL knowledge, including writing and
executing queries to analyze data*
•
*Experience working in Agile development environments (understanding of
BRD/MRD/PRD’s, TDD, user stories, technical specifications, verification
and testing methods) • Good analytical ability • Excellent communication
skills*
*• Experience in financial services industry*
• *Experience with Jira and/or QC/ALM*
