*Location: New York City* * Visa : No H1B* *Interview : Phone and f2f * *JOB DESCRIPTION* The Enterprise Applications is requesting two consultants with 10+ years of experience in .Net development and Drupal for the B division Beacon project. Client would like to engage Drupal consultant services for architecture, best practices and development for expanding the use of Client's Drupal Countdown Clock Proof of Concept (the "Site”) from only 16 subway stations to more than 279 subway stations (THE BEACON PROJECT FOR B DIVISION). In addition the candidate could be responsible for the development and support of other web based applications used throughout the client agencies using a vast array of technologies. The candidate will work with the various client staff in all areas of the Drupal development life cycle. The candidate will make recommendations on best practices and methodologies. Candidate will work hand in hand with the content owners in order to design the web sites' look and feel. This will be to support the existing web site and to develop the next generation site and prepare it for launch. *CONSULTANT Qualifications* - Candidate must possess strong hands on experience with installing and configuring Drupal 7 and have strong skills implementing Drupal internet and/or intranet web sites. •Candidate should have experience coding Cascading Style Sheets and PHP programming.
