Intelligent Workload Distribution (iWD),e-Services
2. Hands on experience on Genesys Rule Engines like Genesys Rules Authoring
Tool, Genesys Rule Engine, Genesys Rule Development Tool
Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. *Exposure to Java/J2EE -* Core Java, any framework, Apache Tomcat
2. Troubleshooting logs and solving issues in the iWD workflow process and
provide technical solutions
Desired years of experience : 6+ yrs
Education/ Certifications (Required) :
Working experience on Genesys Framework Configuration, Management,
Intelligent Workload Distribution iWD,eServicesHands on experience on
Genesys Rule Engines like Genesys Rules Authoring Tool, Genesys Rule
Engine, Genesys Rule Development ToolGood understanding on iWD
ManagerTroubleshooting logs and solving issues in the iWD workflow process
and provide technical solutions. Having Java knowledge is added advantage.
