*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
• 10+ years of testing experience
• They need to be familiar with full system development lifecycle
experience, including designing, developing and implementing test plans,
test cases and test processes.
Experience with testing tools such as QC/ALM and TFS are a must. Experience
with Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills are a must as they will lead testing and be part
of the project leadership team responsible for testing.
• Applications being testing include SAP, Windows bases, Linux, Unix,
packages from third party vendors, infrastructure related projects.
Basically, we are offering testing services to EMIT which covers a wide
range of tools & applications across all business lines.
• Able to create Testing Strategy and Test Plan to support implementation
of the Test Case planning for a project
• Person will coordinate with Process Teams, Business Lines, Project Leads,
co-dependent projects, and data conversion to identify Test Cases and Data
for test execution.
• Will become a member of the project to assist in test case impact
analysis.
• Needs to have experience/background working in various technology.
• Expert business process knowledge, documentation, and communication
skills required.
• Experience in business process, scope/change management, required.
