*Requirements*

qualifications listed in this posting.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• *1 + year of experience as an IT Quality Lead role*
• *5+ years of experience with software testing (integration,
functional, regression).*
• Experience with White box, gray box testing
• Basic SQL knowledge
• 1+ year of professional experience working in an agile and water
fall environments
• 1+ years of professional experience with test automation tools and
frameworks such as, HP, Rational
• Strong interpersonal skill s, both written and verbal, co-located
and virtual
Preferred Qualifications:
• Healthcare Industry experience
• Experience working on HP *Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)*
• 2+ years of knowledge on Relational database concepts.
• Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience
• Experienced working with Offshore team
• *Experience with PBM application and PEGA Technology*
• Experience testing Web Services technologies (XML, SOAP, JSON, etc.)
*Primary Responsibilities:*
· Review documentation and work with business and technical team to
determine testable requirements
· Participate in product design reviews to provide input on
functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
· Create and maintain test cases, defects in ALM, Rally, Quality
Center and/or RTC.
· Ability to prioritize and be responsible for the execution of
project tasks in a high pressure environment.
· Must be able to work in a team environment
· Working Knowledge of the system development lifecycle
· Develop and actively participate in build test automation using
Java and/or other technologies
· Perform reviews of automation and application code
· Should be able to think out of box and not only rely on
acceptance criteria from business/leads
· Proactive voice of QA in discussions with development, business
analysis, systems analysis, and user acceptance testing. Able to state a
position, defend it, while maintaining good relationships across the SDLC.
