• Coordinate incidents/problem/change tickets with team. Triage/plan fixes.
• Responsible for overall release management; including: requirements
gatherings, work intake, prioritization of enhancements, deploy and
maintain Applications/Systems.
• Provide on call support for applications as needed.
• Analyze, manage and coordinate new technology releases with the team,
working closely with business partners to ensure timely completion of
releases.
• Ensure timely completion of releases, for Provider portal websites with
the highest quality and least defects; and identify application performance
and process improvement initiatives and implement the same in consultation
with project manager.
• Work with Security team to plan vulnerability tests and plan fixes for
vulnerabilities identified.
• Strong participation in production support and enhancements.
*What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily
responsibilities?*
• 5+ years Java application development experience and production support.
• 5+ years as expert Java J2EE developer (JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring,
Log4J, DB2, Oracle).
• 2+ year experience with AEM, CQ5.
• 5+ years Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• 3+ years Oracle and DB2 experience/running queries.
• Ability to do on call support.
