*Basic Qualifications:*
· 3+ years of solid hands-on experience developing on Microsoft
Dynamics CRM/xRM platform
*Other Experience:*
· Experience writing plug-ins, workflows and customizations for
Dynamics CRM
· Experience creating custom user interfaces for Dynamics CRM
· Experience working with On-Premise as well as cloud based
deployments (CRM Online)
· Experience deploying customizations from one environment to
another
· Experience automating deployment of customizations
· Experience working with Microsoft .Net technology stack including
SQL Server 2014
*Preferred Experience and Skills*
· Ability to plan, schedule, organize, manage, evaluate and adjust
resources to complete projects according to delivery requirements and
within budget
· Strong customer service skills and a commitment to service
excellence
· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Understanding of business/operational goals and the ability to
create platforms and applications that successfully integrate into company
operations
· Ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
and assignments of the highest complexity
· Ability to process complex time sensitive data and information
from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and to
effectively communicate the related required actions to all
